Personal Training is the most skill intensive, helpful, and intense program available
Personal Training is:
a vital tool to create and maintain the skill need to be impactful

- is mandatory in higher level sports
- is an excellent opportunity to prepare children with the skills needed to be a standout player
- great for Christmas and Birthday gifts
- the fastest and most effective way to improve your child’s basketball skill
- not for the casual basketball player
Personal training often requires athletic homework such as videoing the lessons learned while at home practicing
Personal training can be conducted small group or individual, depending on the customers desire
The importance can be seen and measured by the award winning athletes whom often thank their personal trainers as they accept high level awards
THE SPECIFICS

These are coordinated with our overall calendar
If you cannot make these times simply contact us on the contact page and we will try to accommodate your request
Sessions randomly vary in length and depend on the players ability, 1 hour to 2 hours
A highly qualified coach or trainer will evaluate your child’s skill sets for free
Future Stars personal training
Ages: 5 - 10 - $50 per session
Jr. NBA ELITE
Ages: 10 - 15 - $60 per session
College Prep Personal Training
Ages: High Schoolers only - $70 per session
*Sessions randomly vary in length, 1 hour to 2 hours.
A specific plan will be provided to the family.
Each session, the player will be provided an itinerary of lessons, concepts, and drills that support that sessions focus.
For High School athletes, Personal Training includes :
On the Court Plyometrics, Calisthenics, intensive Skill Work with and without the ball, basketball specific cardio, weight and band training, *Basketball IQ, and much more.
Personal Training Video
Video may be created to show positives and negatives of the player. That video can be created for college institutions or professional organization evaluation.
