Leagues:

• are a mixture of fun and hard work, fast paced, and action packed
• are overwhelmingly instructional yet competitive by nature
• are for all ages and promote fun and activity
• are many children’s first REAL basketball experience that aims to prepare them for additional basketball experiences
• are NOT a show-up and play basketball “play-date”
• includes practices, speeches, skill-set work, note taking for older age groups, conditioning, cardio, and fitness elements
• attract the areas best players, thus elevated competition should be expected
• have a (approximate) 35 second shot clock
• Scoring is DEMANDED 
• Participants are taught various ways to score and look to score
• Defense, at times, can earn points as well
• Some fun parent involvement may be required
